Burger King in Dresden

If too many orders are placed online, the delivery service is quickly deactivated. You will then be shown that the branch is closed. Not really understandable from the company's point of view, as this does not happen perhaps once a week, but daily and always at peak times. The reason is that you don't want to keep customers waiting so long for their orders. The fact that you can scare away customers with this doesn't seem to bother anyone.

I've been a regular customer at this Burger King branch for years. Of all delivery services in my area, the employees at BK are really by far the best in ALL points. I always got the right one and you notice a certain form of passion for the job every time. In the stairwell, I can't come that far towards you. They're just too fast

It's just a BurgerKing on the main street ... :) The quality drops at noon and afternoon because there is too much going on. In itself qualitatively like any other Burger King .. The waiting time, even when nothing is going on, is a bit heavy ... otherwise everything on site is cool. But you don't need to order anything via this BurgerKing ... an order has never been properly received haha So e.g. You order 2 hamburgers and 1 french fries with ketchup ... You get a long chicken, 3 chicken fillets and potato wedges with a curry dip And that is not an isolated case and also very likely that your order will arrive incorrectly. That's why just 3 stars ⭐️

This BK used to be that good. Unfortunately the same problem today as last time. Only one order is taken and processed before the next one can place his order. All drive-in orders were processed for this. We (my colleague and I) waited 15 minutes behind 2 customers and couldn't even place the order. Conclusion we then left because we neither can see it when we are in the branch and it is relatively empty.

It works like this ... but better than cooking yourself.

There are so many better burger places in Dresden, unfortunately Burger King is the only one that wants my money. Everywhere else was closed. :(

When ordering via the drive in, people (very often) forget to include the ketchup or mayonnaise. So annoying to have to go to the store again and again!

Better than MC Donalds, but that's a matter of taste ?? Waiting times are sometimes a bit long.

Deliveries via "Lieferando" are not recommended! The 35 minutes specified by the company are by no means realistic. 1 1/2 hours and more are more the norm. Unfortunately, the phone call to the branch does not help.

Drive In...war Super

The first BK branch that I went to and still highly recommended. Friendly service and very few visitors at lunchtime - if you want to go to Burger King, you should choose this branch!

A couple of hot onion rings and a cold burger that was supposed to be spicy was nowhere near spicy. Admittedly, it was a bad thought to go out to eat here. I was looking forward to a milkshake, but the ice cream machine in Dresden doesn't work again ... Had I known beforehand, there would have been better options all round. Are only 50% of the tables, but not as hygienic as the seats ... see pictures. The service is nice, should just learn a little better German. Sorry, so only 1 star for the hot rings.

So the staff is unfriendly, the customer's back is turned when you want to order. there are things offered that do not exist and the cleanliness is a disaster! the seats and tables are dirty, there are french fries and open sauces on the floor. NEVER AGAIN!

Seldom have eaten here so reluctantly. Most of the guests did not wear a mask, but the staff continued to serve. Anyone who is already sitting at the table has to be really hungry to get the food down.

Waited a hundred years to only get half the order. If the foreign colleagues can't even read numbers anymore, cheers meal. And to call the burger dry is also an understatement. Bad performance. Not recommendable!

Good connection to line 64. Polite demeanor of the shopkeeper and a nice place to linger, read, dawdle and you have a good wide range of books that you don't always get. The book teddy is simply great. Should have more of these shops. ???

To be honest, it's not worth coming here. You come and wait for your meal for 20 minutes. Better go to the Trachenberger and get kebab, you'll be full longer and it tastes better!

The employees are very nice, but the foreman was so rude that I will no longer visit the branch. The doors were closed while customers were inside only because they were afraid to work half an hour longer, we would have to wait 5 minutes for them to open the doors for us and their statements were really unfriendly 07.09.2020 it was around 11 p.m.

I live around the corner and once in a full moon I indulge in the guilty pleasure of buying a burger there and a coffee milkshake. Sure, it's a fast food chain, but it's a franchise run by actual people, and they're doing a good job. I have gone there for years and will continue to do so, at least as long as they got that coffee milkshake hehe

The ground floor restaurant area and stairs were filthy dirty. The mens toilets stank and the floor was actually sticky due to no cleaning, and no soap to wash hands with. The service was atrociously slow, actually it is a slow food restaurant served slowly...........not enough employees, ......what can I say.......really bad experience!!
